Colour! Thats what we need, because without it we become flat and dull. I think the same goes for this to. Hmm...I would advise you to correcting the position.

This is a picture of a single character, and that character is supposed to be placed in the center of the picture, not the side of it. Since many want to look at the center of pictures by instinct.

Nice. But...I'd hate to say it...but it would look good colored. I'd try for markers and colored pencil for the skin tone.
